Dear Colleagues,

On the occasion of YALS 10th anniversary, we have the pleasure of inviting you to the 2009 Jubilee two day Conference on Testing, Assessment and Certification, organised by YALS,
the Association of Language Schools of Serbia and EAQUALS, the European Association for Quality Language Services.

This conference will be held on 17 and 18 October 2009
at "GUARNERIUS" – Centar Lepih Umetnosti, Džordža Vašingtona 12, Beograd.
The Conference will provide a platform for exchange of relevant experience while focusing on the following aims :

• To provide practical training in the application of CEF levels in testing and assessment
• To introduce EAQUALS certification scheme
• To encourage and develop local expertise
• To create  a network of professionals who can provide further training in the application of CEF levels

The presenters will be:

The preliminary programme is for Saturday from 10:00 – 18:00 and on Sunday from 10:00 – 13:30

It gives us great pleasure to invite representatives of the state sector (Ministry of Education, teachers from the state sector, relevant institutions) and the private sector (private language schools, associations, institutions) from  the  countries in the region to participate in the forthcoming event.
